Zumiez Inc. Reports Comps Down 16.8%

Zumiez announced today that its total net sales for the four-week period ended Aug. 1 decreased 5.6% to $29.9 million, compared to $31.7 million for the four-week period ended August 2, 2008. Comparable store sales decreased 16.8%, according to a press release from the Zumiez’s investor relations web site.
