Bourgeois joins the prestigious list of competitors who have proven victorious at Lower Trestles, including eight-time ASP World Champion Kelly Slater and San Clemente’s Shane Beschen.

Jesse Heilman, 20, and Gabriel Villaran, 23, fought through the testing winds and produced some of the highest scores of the event so far.
