Take a look at what some of the top footwear brands are previewing as must-have for Spring 2009.

Transworld Business was on the scene Tuesday night at the new Fox headquarters in Irvine as the company hosted its open house party for industry insiders. Before the party, we got a grand tour of the building, with a look at several of Fox’s shoe and apparel showrooms, the in-house photo studio, and we even got a glimpse into the designers’ workspaces.

The July issue of Transworld Business featured a summer showroom full of the latest trends, including the basic essentials: swimwear, watches and most importantly, sunglasses. Take a look at some of the latest retro trends and new millennium technologies that are shaping sunglass lines this year.

Keep an eye out for the tour, which will boast East’s Eric Geiselman and Devon Tresher, and West’s Adam Virs and Jesse Evans. Friends of Fox and team riders including Rob Kelly and Andrew Geslers will also hop in the mix for a tour stop or two.

Peter Fox was recently elected to take over for his father as CEO of the family namesake company. The major action sports apparel company was founded 34 years ago by Geoff Fox, who will be stepping down but still will hold a spot on the board of directors.
