The $4 million project has surpassed its one-month construction point, and is on schedule to be completed by Nov. 1, 2008, at which time Diamond Peak resort will be updated with a renovated lodge and innovative amenities.

Phase one of the plan will expand food and beverage services, rental equipment services, and seating capacity inside and outside the resort, in order to improve customer service and maximize revenue.

Diamond Peak Ski Resort has announced April 13, 2008 as its closing date for the season.

The 8th Annual Dummy Downhill - where participants build a dummy on skis or snowboards and launch them off of a big jump - will be held April 5 at Diamond Peak.

Freestyle skiers and snowboarders are invited to participate in a one-of-a-kind event - the Diamond Peak Jiblet - held Sunday, March 30.

The St. Patty’s Day Toyota Sick Twisted Event, presented by Under Armour Performance, is making a stop March 16 at Incline Village, Nevada’s Diamond Peak.
