This regular footed, 21-year-old from São Paulo, Brazil has been skating for the past eight years. Tulio established himself in the Brazilian core skate scene years ago and since has aggressively taken his skateboarding global with photo trips, tours and contests in Europe, Australia and the US.

Now living and spending most of his time in Southern California, Tulio has continued to gain the respect of local pros and the attention of influential brands. Along the way he has successfully gained coverage in core magazines, web and video while also establishing himself as a serious competitor at televised events.
