CHICAGO – 23 March 2009 — CEP International, a leading international exhibit and event provider with full-service locations in Chicago, Las Vegas, and Orlando has announced the company’s continued growth. The Las Vegas and Orlando locations, in addition to CEP International’s Chicago-area headquarters, have significantly contributed to the company’s growth in recent years and allow CEP International to more effectively focus on clients’ global exhibit needs. In each of the three U.S. locations, CEP provides custom design, fabrication, cost-effective rental solutions, storage and refurbishment services, onsite supervision and installation and dismantling services by CEP LaborSource.
Commencing operations in 2000, CEP–Las Vegas is a 90,000 sq. ft. location serving Western Region and Asia-Pacific clients including such leaders as Future Brands, Absolut Vodka, Dyson, Inland, Fiskars, Lugz, Turtle Wax, Electrolux, Cannondale, Leica, WideOrbit and Jimmy John’s at shows including the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) – the U.S.’ largest trade show – Recon (formerly International Council of Shopping Centers), National Association of Broadcasters (NAB), National Hardware Show and ConExpo-Con/Agg, The Builders Show, APPEX/SEMA. “This location has shown growth of 50% in recent years, and is poised for further growth in 2009 and 2010,” said Werner Koos, President and CEO of CEP International.
In addition to the Southeast region of the U.S., CEP-Orlando serves the Latin and South American markets. The 55,000 sq. ft., full-service facility handles such clients as Winchester, Maui Jim, Caterpillar, Karl Storz, Dunlop, Perkin Elmer, Pernod Ricard, Jack Nicklaus Golf and Prince Castle. Recently, CEP–Orlando has created and managed exhibits for clients exhibiting at the Shot Show, PGA Merchandise Show, Fresh Summit (Produce Marketing Association), and PowerGen, to name a few. CEP-Orlando’s growth can be attributed to the shift of several major trade shows to venues in the South. This has resulted in a 60% growth for the company since it began operating in Orlando in 1996.
