Ratatat
Electronic duo, Ratatat, kicks of this weekend’s Bud Light Spring Jam with the last FREE Bud Light Hi-Fi Concert of the season, at the base of Aspen Mountain at 8 p.m. on Friday, March 27.
Red Bull Schnee Tag
The following day, Saturday, March 28 is Red Bull Schnee Tag, arguably Spring Jam’s most entertaining event. Schnee Tag invites teams of four to pilot a craft down Fanny Hill in Snowmass and into a 75×20 foot pond. Needless to say this event is hilarious. And the prizes aren’t bad either. The winning team will receive a free VIP trip to a NASCAR race courtesy of Red Bull.
Helly Hansen Battle in the Bowls
On Sunday, March 29, is the second annual Helly Hansen Battle in the Bowls, where teams of two will compete against other teams to ski the many bowls of Aspen Highlands in under four hours. Even more thrilling that the terrain itself, athletes will have a chance to race against Chris Davenport’s team on the course he designed. This event is open to all ages and new this year is an amateur category for those less competitive.
