The anxious crowd awaiting the premiere of ‘Tales From The Black Van’.
Thursday June 5th saw the premiere of ‘Tales From The Black Van’ surf movie, brought to you by Brixton and UNIV. The event was held at Hensley’s (owned by the legendary pro skater Matt Hensley) in Carlsbad Calif.
The film is a no-frills take on contemporary longboard surfing, starring: Alex Knost, Jared Mell, Mitch Abshere, Scotty Stopnick, Herbie Fletcher and more. Many industry lurkers were in attendance and music was provided by The Japanese Motors, The Embalmers and others.
