Quiksilver and Roxy have begun selling their products to Xbox LIVE members on Xbox 360. While new distribution channels seem to be popping up daily, what makes this marketplace particularly interesting is that the products aren’t actually clothing, but digital outfits for members’ avatars available through Avatar Marketplace.

Quiksilver and Roxy will each have ten items available every season featuring a mix of sportswear, accessories and footwear from the brands’ current lines. The Quiksilver and Roxy design teams selected styles from “mild to wild” to offer Avatar shoppers outfits for every personality and mood and to showcase the brands’ most popular pieces as well as some of the more forward-looking trend drivers. All product sold in the Avatar Marketplace epitomizes real-life Quiksilver and Roxy product sold in retail stores and online through the brands’ e-commerce sites.
