Backcountry.com and Dogfunk.com recently went through some changes to improve customer service, provide a better site search engine, and increase the size and resolution of images displayed.

“When it really comes down to it, the coolest thing we’ve done to improve customer experience is make our images bigger,” said Dustin Robertson, Chief Marketing Officer of Backcountry.com. “In terms of mandatory self-improvement, that’s a ‘duh’ thing, about as cutting edge as a sleeping bag — which is not only too soft to cut anything, but also important to have and not remarkable when you do.”
The site’s new search allows online shoppers to search by category, gender, on sale, price, brand, color and even size. Customers can now enjoy a new and improved shopping experience. For more information, or to check out the changes, visit www.backcountry.com and www.dogfunk.com.
