Holden Appoints Michael Hare As CFO

Holden is pleased to announce that Michael Hare is joining the Company as its Chief Financial Officer and as Holden’s General Counsel. Mike previously practiced corporate and securities law at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe in New York, New York and Miller Nash in Portland, Oregon. Mike also served Holden as its general counsel since 2007.

Holden co-owner Mikey LeBlanc comments: “We are experiencing growth despite the difficult economic conditions. As we expand, it is essential that we have access to expert financial and legal advice. Mike’s background is helping us finance our growth. Co-owner Scott Zergebel and I are better able to focus on maintaining the integrity of the design and marketing that are Holden’s hallmarks. It is also helping us focus on the upcoming launch of our streetwear collection for Fall 2010.
