Flat Fitty Hires Dave Johnson

Flat Fitty/Lavish Headwear have named Australian native Dave Johnson as the company’s national sales manager for Australia and New Zealand. Johnson brings 20 years of sales experience, including past roles as Sales Manager for Volcom and Rip Curl, to the table and will oversee all sales initiatives in the region in this newly created position.

“With the rapid growth Flat Fitty has been experiencing in Australia and New Zealand it was necessary to add a very experienced and well-recognized face to promote our efforts in the region”, explains Tian Waters, CEO of Flat Fitty in a press release. “We could think of no one better to represent Flat Fitty’s quality offerings than Dave. During his 20 years experience in the industry Dave has worked as Sales Manager with some very heavy hitters. To say his knowledge of the Australian region will be an asset is an under-statement. We are really stoked to add such a commodity as Dave to the growing Flat Fitty team!”.

According to the release: Johnson, born in Narrabeen Australia, has spent his entire 20 year sales career in the Australian Board Sports industry. A father, a surfer, snowboarder, fisherman and mountain biker, Dave personifies outdoor adventure and Action Sports 100%.

To show him our multi-national office, to also show him what truly separates us from other competitors.
