Mick Fanning has been killing it and just nailed his second consecutive tour victory at the Quiksilver Pro in France, fresh on the heels of a win at the Hurley Pro at Trestles. The win narrows tour leader Joel Parkinson’s lead over #2 Fanning in the 2009 ASP World Tour rankings from 936 points to a mere 146 heading into Spain.
