F2 International GmbH Can Continue Business

We would like to inform you that Dr. Robert Bukovc, who was appointed as trustee in insolvency on April 24th, made the proposal of continuation of F2 International GmbH at the Salzburg Regional Court today, which was accepted by court.
Therefore F2 International GmbH will continue its business and Dr. Bukovc and Mr. Pascher will take steps to enhance the current situation within the company in the coming weeks.
The next hearing at court will then take place on July 3, 2008 when the creditors will decide for or against a settlement quote, which will be offered by F2 Internatinoal GmbH.
We very much hope that the creditors will vote for this quote and consequently end the bankruptcy for F2 International GmbH. We could thne proceed our work with an improved setup and even more strength for the future.
