OFFICIAL PRESS RELEASE - Aspen/Snowmass, Colo., December 5, 2008 – For the first time in six years, guests to Aspen/Snowmass visiting over the holidays (December 19, 2008 – January 5, 2009) will save up to $35 on a seven-day lift ticket through Advance Purchase Pricing when purchasing at least seven days in advance.
In addition, guests will receive a further five percent discount with the purchase of four or more days of lift tickets and equipment rentals in advance. All told, a family of four will save over $300 when taking advantage of these ticket and equipment rental holiday deals.
”Aspen/Snowmass has a history of offering the best value to our guests though advance purchases,” says David Perry, Senior Vice President, Mountain Division. “Extending this pricing throughout the holiday season is an evolution of our core responsibility to respond to the needs of skiers and snowboarders everywhere.”
Also new this season is a savings of $20 when guests purchase a full-day Adult Group Lesson seven days in advance. Once again, guests signing up for an Adult Group Lesson are eligible to save an additional five percent when purchased in conjunction with four or more days of a lift ticket and equipment rental package. Offer applies to Adult Group Lessons only.
Lift tickets, equipment rentals and ski and snowboard school must be purchased at the same time for the same individual at least seven days in advance of arrival.

Discounted lift tickets are only valid during the season for which they are issued. Discounted lift tickets must be purchased at least seven days in advance. Purchaser must provide user’s name, arrival date and address for each ticket purchased. Tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable. 4-, 5-, 6- and 7-day tickets will be valid for 10 days after the first use. 8+ day tickets will be valid for 15 days after the first use. Tickets may be extended for one additional day at the same per-day rate within the expiration period of the ticket. Lift ticket and rental equipment package offer is valid on purchases of four or more days. Offer applies to skis, snowboards and boot rentals only. Lift tickets and rentals must be purchased at the same time for the same individual.
