Amer Investor Dumps 20% Stake In Company

Amer Sports (AMEAS.HE), the parent company of Salomon, Bonfire, Atomic, and Arc’teryx lost of one of its largest investors last week. Novator, which owned 20 percent of Amer, announced that it was selling its entire stake in the company to institutional investors at a 15 percent discount. Amer’s stock dropped more than fifteen percent on the news.
