Academy Launches 2010 Web Site, Facebook Page

Academy Snowboards officially announced the launch of its new 2010 Web site today, www.academysnowboards.com. The site has been live since August, but the brand wants to make sure you check it out if you haven’t already. And for those FB addicts, you can now become friends wtih Academy on their new Facebook page by linking directly from Academy’s homepage. Here’s what the company had to say:

“We just wanted to let everybody know that we are finally FACEBOOK friendly and our new 2010 website is up. You can check the new decks, scholarship 411 as well as CAMP ACADEMY updates. Also, we are sold out of half of our models, so if you want to ride an Academy this year and support a true brand that cares then get on it. And lastly, 1% of all Academy sales go back to our scholarship for shredders so check our website for more details. Thanks for the support and we hope to see you on the hill having fun on your Academy snowboard.”
