Looks like RVCA is moving across town to a 70,000 square foot facility in Westside Costa Mesa.

Here’s The Press Release:

Set to embark on the next phase of the brand’s expansion and cater for its recent growth, RVCA has announced plans to move into a larger facility effective January 1, 2009.

Having outgrown its current operations at  the Sunset Drive, Costa Mesa CA location, and recognizing the need to consolidate its operations and allow for future growth and development, RVCA’s new location (approximately 70,000sq ft in size), located in Westside Costa Mesa CA, will feature offices and warehousing for its 60 plus staff.

Despite the current economic downturn in the market, RVCA has experienced exceptional growth throughout 2008 and is optimistic about the future.

“It was important to us to stay in Orange County and the ideal opportunity arose with the new location. There are very few buildings within this area that can accommodate a company our size” says RVCA Founder and Creative Director PM Tenore.  “It is a great opportunity to put our distribution and offices under one roof and bring the entire RVCA family together.”

Having recently entered into strategic partnerships with both European and Australasian companies, let alone launch its first retail flagship in San Francisco (VASF) and debut the highly anticipated Erin Wasson X RVCA collection, it seems that 2009 looks promising for RVCA.
