The first-ever Crossroads Retail Show at Black Box Distribution in Vista, Calif. had a strong turnout, with retailers and brands coming out to skate, socialize and take advantage of free burgers and hot dogs. The skate park was crowded all day, and the overall mood was positive, making it easy to forget about the tough economic climate. A few brands planned to make the trek down to ASR in San Diego tomorrow, but most who were at today’s show said they would not be exhibiting at the Convention Center this weekend. Here are some photos. Stay tuned for more, including interviews from the show.

Wow “even” selling goods, Diamond D? Smells like one whopper of a success story to me.
