Volcom, Inc. (NASDAQ:VLCM) today said it expects to announce its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2007 on Thursday, February 21, 2008. Volcom plans to issue a news release that day at approximately 4:00 p.m. EST, immediately following the closing of regular stock market trading hours. Volcom management also will host a conference call at approximately 4:30 p.m. EST to review the results.
The conference call will be available to interested parties through a live audio Internet broadcast at www.volcom.com. Volcom intends to utilize this webcast event to discuss financially oriented goals and objectives and to disclose material company and industry-based topics in an open manner. The company does not plan to report or comment on its progress during the current fiscal quarter.
For those who are not available to listen to the live broadcast, the call will be archived for one year on the Volcom website.
