Surfboard Made Of New Composite Material Handles Impact Of Being Run Over By Truck

If you’ve ever seen a surfboard run over by a truck before, you know what the typical result is—total destruction. Well, there’s a new composite material being released by Inegrity called “INNEGRA S” that might change that.

The company hasn’t released much information yet as far as how this material will be apllied to surfboards, but it does say that it will reduce weight, increase toughness, and replace fiberglass and carbon fiber without adding cost.

The development is still in “the infancy stages” but THIS VIDEO is certainly interesting!

There’s also a video of Innegra’s woven fabric stopping a bullet. Pretty cool.
