EVENTS: Uniquely Premiere at Oakley Headquarters

The good folks at Oakley invited Transworld Business up to their headquarters in Foothill Ranch to attend the premiere of their first-ever women’s movie, “Uniquely.” Featuring footage from the likes of Gretchen Bleiler, Marie-France Roy, Karina Petroni, Lyn-Z Adams Hawkins, Amber Wing and the rest of Oakley’s femme team riders, the film is a globetrotter’s fantasy. My favorite part was the snowboarding footie from Japan—definitely left me itching for the first snow of the season!
The theme for the evening was black and white, and Oakley did it right with free drinks, billowing curtains to add a feminine touch to the otherwise rugged interior, and live music by Ming & Ping. If you ever get a chance to check these guys out in concert, do it! They put on quite a show. There was even a guy in a monkey suit. Seriously!
