OFFICIAL PRESS RELEASE - Vista, CA – DC welcomes Ida Kay Khabazian to its Public Relations, Media and Entertainment department in the newly created position where she will join the Marketing team at DC headquarters in Vista, CA on October 1.

In her role, Ida will represent the company and be responsible for building strategic entertainment marketing plans to increase brand image and recognition through product placement. She will report directly to Kim Dresser, Vice President of Communications, Media and Advertising.

“DC recognizes the importance of entertainment marketing and has created a position to further strengthen and evolve this key element through organic product seeding to relevant outlets, said Kim Dresser. “With Ida’s experience and contacts, she will help drive this initiative as DC continues to grow, and will be a great asset to the company.”

A San Diego native, Ida most recently worked in New York as a freelance publicist for such brands as Level 99 Jeans, Level Jeans, Divine Rights of Denim, Aqua-VI, MM Couture by Miss Me, Dereon and XOXO. Prior to her time in New York, Ida worked at San Diego based House of Brands in PR and Marketing. Ida is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego.
