OFFICIAL PRESS RELEASE - (SANTA ANA, CA) July 30, 2008 – JPS DESIGNS (www.JPSDesigns.net), a fullservice
retail design and manufacturing company and its affiliated companies, JED SOLUTIONS which designs and creates custom point-of-purchase signage and promotional products; and DIVISION 2, its installation group, has moved to new quarters more than doubling their size. The company has relocated from its 6,000 squarefoot shop in Costa Mesa to a 12,000 square-foot production facility located at 322 Dyer Road in Santa Ana and a 3,000 square-foot design and administrative headquarters building located at 3601 Macarthur Blvd, Suite 901 in Santa Ana. The new locations, which will open for business as of August 1st, 2008, create room for their expanding number of employees and projected business growth.

JPS DESIGNS, JED SOLUTIONS AND DIVISION 2 are all owned and operated by Jim Smith, a 20-year veteran of the display industry. Together, the three companies provide a one-stop shop for retailers to develop inviting consumer environments, including retail design, architecture, manufacturing, space planning, fixture design,
construction, installation, in-store branding, promotional marketing and visual merchandising.

Launched in 2001, JPS DESIGNS, works with retail clients to conceptualize, design and manufacture custom retail displays and tradeshow booths that best represent each clients’ brand and image. JPS DESIGNS initiates their services by drafting realistic 3-D architectural renderings that bring proposed projects to life. The company prides itself on its strength in design and custom fabrication along with its first-rate customer service and quick turn-around times. JPS DESIGNS began as a self-financed company with three employees and has grown to anticipated sales of $3 million in 2008. The company currently employs 15 individuals. JPS DESIGNS has created retail and/or tradeshow environments for high-profile companies including O’Neill Clothing, Billabong, Active Ride Shops (retail), LRG, RVCA, Hurley, Stussy retail, Ever and more.
