OFFICIAL PRESS RELEASE: Matix clothing is proud to announce the addition of Andreas Wiig to it’s snow team. Andreas was born in the small suburb of Norway called Asker. He started snowboarding at the age of 11 and has progressed into one of the most well rounded athletes in the world today. Andreas now resides in Oslo Norway and Hollywood, California. Look for Andreas in Mack Dawg Productions new release out September.
Whether he is winning contests, filming video parts, interviewing for Transworld Snowboarding and Snowboarder Magazines he displays an unusual presence. Andreas has been unstoppable the past two years taking back-to-back Gold Medals at X Games, 1st at the Vail Session & 1st at the Vans Cup.
