That’s right. Volcom is ready to hand over 10,000 George Washingtons to the first insanely talented individual to land a kickflip on a surfboard. They’ve got a handful of rules like “no shoes” and “paddle-in only” and are running the contest until they have a video-recorded documentation of the air.

Problem is, we might be waiting quite a long time until they find a winner. Volcom’s own air-guru Ozzie Wright entered the contest and couldn’t quite land the damned thing, and his surfboard-launching abilities far exceed those of the rest of us.
