Fuel TV announced Wednesday, May 20, that it will embark on a new partnership with Dish Network, increasing the number of U.S. households it reaches from 26 to 30 million. The announcement came during an advertising presentation headed up by Fuel TV’s General Manager C.J. Olivares, and a group of panelists including VP of Production Scott Paridon, VP of Marketing Jake Munsey, VP of Programming Shon Tomlin, VP of Sales Peter Vesey and VP of Media and International Distribution Gene Pao.
Fast approaching its six year anniversary, Fuel TV has been building several strong series that will return next season, including The Daily Habit, which will soon celebrate it’s 900th show. Other initiatives for the network include building out its Web presence and focusing on video, as well as segmenting the site into Snow, Skate and Surf specific sections, according to the presentation.
The event drew a large crowd of industry members. Check out the photos below:

Does anyone know if Fuel will raise it's rate's for purchasing shows from producers and action sports brands?

Yes, from the independent producers, but obviously not from the brands… more now than ever, the editorial independence of a programs content is critical, as is the broadcasters need to increase revenue from advertisers (in FUEL's case: the action sports industry)

what a glorious day! been waiting to get it here in Seattle and I have Dish, so called them yesterday and switched from my previous package to the Classic Gold 250 package (the only one with FuelTV right now).
Bam! instant gratification gratification on channel 155 and I've been keepin it on in the background since. Stoked to finally be in the Fuel TV loop. Terje's Season Pass, Standard Show, sick! THANKS Fuel and Dish!!!
