Detroit Bidding for Summer X Games 2014

This year, the X Games has expanded its reaches beyond Aspen, CO and Los Angeles, CA forming a world tour including both summer and winter events.  This expanded tour has opened the door for new cities and countries to play host to the largest action sports competition in the world.  An X Games event can bring worldwide exposure, thousands of visitors, and a considerable amount of revenue to the host city.  Detroit is making a strong case to bring the high flying action of the X Games to the D in Summer 2014.  Check out the video below produced by The Work Inc.
