Agenda NY is a wrap, and we’ve had some time to hear from a few industry brands and retailers about what they saw, what they liked, and the overall appeal of this year’s ever-expanding, Soho-based show.
“This Agenda New York show was our most successful New York show to date. Based on the exhibitor feedback, these 2 days by far exceeded all of our expectations,” says President Aaron Levant. “The positive response was overwhelming and we look to take this energy and expand on the New York show in the year to come.”
Some of the new brands displaying at the show included HEX, Wonderland, IVI, and Super Brand, we caught up with a few of them to find out what they took away from their first time exhibiting in New York.
The reception for WONDERLAND has been phenomenal in terms of both brand awareness and new distribution opportunities,” says Eye Wars Founder Chris Friel. “With so many better retailers at the show we have been fortunate enough to choose the retailers we think best tell our story.”
The show was also a success for the other brands under the Eye Wards umbrella, says Friel. “Agenda NYC is always a great show for SABRE as it gives us an opportunity to see a pretty broad collection of retailers. [The show] gave us a great platform to introduce YEA.NICE to both the East Coast board sport and street-wear accounts.”
Local blog team Radcollector was on the scene conducting interviews with some of the show’s VIPs. Watch for yourself below:
