According to multiple internal sources, Quiksilver is reorganizing its senior sales team on the apparel side to better focus the company’s energies and eliminate redundancies.
As part of the move, SVP of Sales John Mills is taking on a more prominent role on the operations side of the business and Taylor Whisenand, who rejoined the company as SVP of marketing operations in April of this year, will be transitioning into a lead Sales role for the Americas.
With these moves, also came some difficult cuts. Veteran employee Dave Rosenberger, who was most recently VP sales Quiksilver young men’s and has been with the company since 2000, will be leaving the company in mid-December. Additionally, Quiksilver General Manager Steve Wilson will also be stepping down in mid-December.
